A very good question.

Without having done too much research into the topic, I would venture a guess that we're going to see an impetus on more 'social authority' and sites that have 'longevity' being ranked higher in AI search results, purely based on the type of sites being shown in the AI SERP's presently.

It would seem to be the next logical step in the evolution of SEO that we're going to have to start getting more repeat visitors to our web properties, over a longer period of time, in order to rank higher in the results. Exactly how that algorithm would work though is anyone's guess but I'm sure some of the boffins at Google HQ are already working on, if not completed this type of algorithmic trust / repeat visit results display.

Maybe results will also start taking into account domain registration length, downtime, validated registration details over the long-term too in order to verify that the site owner is showing a genuine long-term development for the domain/website.

Whatever ends up happening, the next few years online are going to change significantly and quickly now that AI tech seems to be getting integrated into most aspects of our lives, whether we like it or not (computers, phones, customer support, grocery shopping, etc).
