I was in your spot for 2014/2015... Every blackhat thing I was doing got clobbered by Google. Every trademark I was using got pulled. Everything just sucked. I got by with Fiverr and doing gig work here. But so much has changed since then. I don't think the gig work is even available anymore.
These days I am doing a lot better than then. I just made the most ever last year. I am still doing things similar to before, but I am not completely black hat about it anymore. And I keep doing more and more new things to expand my income and business.
I would never spend $30 on drinking back in 2015. I wouldn't go to a bar. I still don't like going to a bar to drink. I only just did so in Puerto Rico because their drinks and beers are cheaper at a bar than here in the mainland. Reminded me of Mexico prices.
At one point I owed the IRS over $200,000. I know how much it sucks to get your bank account levied and to have them keep attacking you. One little tip: Make an LLC and keep your money in that account. They won't usually pull it from a business account because it has an EIN and not a SSN. Got that all cleared up though a few years ago. It is so nice to have my passport back. Now if I can just get my hands on my ePassporte!
