From main page you link to individual performer. Make sure you create SEO friendly links like domain.com/livecam/Tits4Money On individual model page, make flexible meta tags and title from api data. "Decorate" page with your banners and buttons to buy tokens or chat with model. Now, that button is linked to CB or CW white label.
