Are you white? You will not get a public utility job in Kelowna.
I'm in Vancouver and am in a neighbourhood association with a lot of Lady UBC professors, The irony is lost on them that they have built a world where I as a white guy would not even get a job pushing broom at UBC or any other public entity.
