Most people are hypocrites, liars, cowards etc who act like they are good people. Feel zero empathy towards them in a conflict. If they are in fact a decent and reasonable person, they wouldn’t be in a conflict with anybody in the first place. Decent human being will work things out.

However, many people are fake and not good at all other than on the surface. Most people in the legal system are also garbage who would have became doctors if they had any brains or a high aptitude. Use what you can to your advantage to seek justice.

Unless you’re in a clear cut discrimination lawsuit such as you are a protected class or if you are the victim of a car accident then don’t expect any attorney to give two shits about you and don’t expect them to represent you without a big retainer. I burned through 20k in 2 weeks one time and that was purely due to phone conversations I had with my attorney. This was before I got wise.

The solution to that is to represent yourself in court. People will laugh at you, however after a few appearances in court, you will gain your confidence. Here are some pointers for you in your journey for justice.

1. Always send a demand letter. If you’ve ever received a demand letter, you can use that as a template you can find a bunch online. Make sure that your only threat is legal action. Give a deadline. Mention depositions and include the names of the people who you will depose. So even if you don’t win the lawsuit, their dumbasses are gonna have to sit there and look across the table at you with a video camera recording everything while they answer all of your questions and their $400 an hour an attorney gives them advice. Also demand that they preserve their phone and other electronic devices data. That will get their attention.

2. Visit your local district and or Superior Court house. Or look online to open up an account to to access court records. Find cases already filed and plagergize the fuck out of them. Find cases similar to yours and use the same laws that they quote. Obviously tell the truth and insert your own information and events. Fleabag attorneys can actually be of use to society by inadvertentlyteaching you how to set up your pleading.

3. Court rules are the same everywhere for the most part, but make sure you find the rules and abide by them and make sure the other side abide by them.

4. Once you’re hear from their attorney, make sure you send them lengthy emails. Then a few days later once you think that attorney has charged a couple hours to go over that email, resend them the same email with just a few things altered. Apologize and tell them from now on you’ll be more careful to send the correct information to proofread everything first. Now the attorney will bill 2 more hours going overthat email and your target will have to pay another $800. Make that retainer go away quick so the Attorney has to ask your target for another retainer. Lots of fun! Keep in mind the legal system is a clown show and they are corrupt pieces of garbage. Feel zero empathy..

5. If you’re seeking emergency orders, make sure you do it on a date where you know your target is busy so it is extra inconvenient for them. Nobody gives two shits about the constitution of the United States anymore so you can actually go into ex parte without that person even knowing you’re going in there however, if you want to be fair or just want to drag their dumbass into court, you can give them two days notice check your local court rules/laws.

6 Make sure you think of clever ways to drain your targets retainer, energy, and mental health. File a motion then a week later drop it. All of this makes their fleabag attorney work more and charge their client more money. You are representing yourself so you have plausible deniability. Always apologize.

7. I don’t dream up false allegations but most people do since they have zero morals/ethics. And courts don’t care about false allegations for the most part. Lying is a freebie much of the time. It’s your choice.

8. Pain and suffering is a great way to put a big number on the amount you are asking for. Try to always manipulate people by stressing that a woman or a child is the true victim. Nobody cares about men.

9. Manipulate the judge and jury by signaling that you believe in the same social issues as them. If you are in a large metropolitan west coast city then act like a Democrat. If you are in a small midwestern town then make them think you are aRepublican. People are dumb as shit.

10. Most judges are lazy corrupt and incompetent pieces of shit. Many of them won’t even read your pleading.
This is why you need to use bullet points. Less is certainly more.

11. If you are responding to some shit stains lawsuit against you, then you need to ask the court for an exception to the rules so that you can add additional pages because the other side told so many lies. Always use the term false statements instead of the word lies. This potentially pisses the judge off and probably get them on your side a little bit even though you are representing yourself because they hate having to read because they’re lazy sacks of shit.

12. Never refer to the judge as your honor.
Most of them have absolutely zero honor, and you are not required to use this terminology since you were not a member of the corrupt bar.
Always address them as judge so you command a bit of respect from the court.

I told him all of the names of his business associates, who I was going to depose. He caved. That’s how you do it. Don’t go to trial because that is a ton of work. However a demand letter and filing your initial pleading is fairly easy if you have a template.
