First of all, thank you for sharing this. It will probably save me lots of money and stress if ever I am in this situation.
I also wanted to say that you have a good grasp on human nature. There is a lot of scum in the world. Most of these people feel entitled to hurt others, not knowing that it's their inner resentment driving them that comes from childhood. They make themselves (blind themselves) believe that they are victims, and that it's okay to hurt others because they themselves were hurt. But really they WANT to be dicks and hurt others because it feels good to them.
I also liked how you called out both sides, Dems/Repubs as being equally idiotic. All those who love Trump and those who hate him are all reacting from that hostile inner place.
But there's also a lot of good people too. We don't notice them as much because they don't try to sue us or make our lives miserable.
