As I understand it...they are NOT allowing you to tie an ID to a user account. The verification must be done fresh everytime they arrive at your website.
What you are saying makes perfect sense...but the object here isn't to keep minors off of porn sites. The goal is to make it impossible to comply and shut us down.
Until the Supreme Court weighs in, it's useless to try and implement anything.
It's either going to be struck down in the US (can't speak for the rest of the world of course) OR a uniform standard will have to be created.

I agree with you with what the goal is, to destroy adult, and there is a particular trend with which states are trying their hardest.
I'm suggesting that the risk be taken on by the age verification companies.
I would generally agree with you that we should wait for the Supreme Court, but I think the lawsuits that have already been filed provide enough incentive to do something sooner rather than later.
