Yes but I see this affecting free sites like tubes more than paysites, or content that is behind a paywall as the signup process could include verification. In other words, I should be able to visit the Playboy homepage, not see any nudity but know nudity is behind the paywall, then simply signup/age verify to access it.

I wonder how this would affect softcore sites, like girls in bikinis (no nudity). The "intent" is to whack off - or is it? Maybe I just appreciate pretty girls in bikinis. Or sites like smoking fetish where the models are fully clothed, just sitting on a stool holding a Marlboro. The "intent" (I assume, fetish is not my thing) is to sexually turn on the customer so he can whack it. Or maybe they just are really into Marlboros...
