I wouldn't suggest using it for anything in adult
the ms literature emphasizes that teams will be all-ages and that it will also use AI from copilot (ergo tracking calls and text messages and picking up on adult-related themes)
that means even discussing an adult website could risk a ban of your ms account
skype is switching to teams but it's not mandatory to use it
would suggest using discord or tg instead
