We have been through this before, several times many moons ago with 3 different billers, Lancelot, IBill and one other I cant recall. The signs are fairly clear imo. Funds may appear intermittently but I suspect this is a biller in decline and one that will fold in the next 4 - 8 weeks.

When IBill, Lancelot and well, I donīt remember either but, do you know people at least got their money? I mean itīs terrible but at least it would be nice to have the money waiting.
We work with CCBill exclusively by the way and imagine losing all those rebilling loyal customers like this.
This is a horror story. I hope itīs an issue of intermediatery bank or something..
However, Iīm by your side (unfortunately) in the way of thinking. I hope we are wrong.
