could happen anytime, anything is possible. Whether something hitting earth from out of space, some kind of electric storm or just online problems & threats...

even then though, is everything you hear believable...
still thinking it was something a bit bigger than some storm fronts & France just knocking the electric off, especially when Spain was still supplying to France & Tunisia at the time
And wondering how long the radio would have lasted if their generators run dry
