You're in a dreamworld if you think modeling is going to get a visa.
From the first 2 you mentioned, a tourist visa.
Make sure they can show $ for the trip.
For the second two, a bit harder.
Visiting colleges is something some 20yo girl tourists do. The ones who get visas.
