I'm facing the same situation. I've had a significant drop in sales. I think I might have an explanation. It seems like the age verification system has greatly limited customer access. Especially since you have to go through the verification process multiple times a day, even though you've already been verified with your account. It's really annoying.
And for the past few weeks here in Europe, we've also had to do this age verification through the Yoti system or by camera. The cookie has a very short lifespan (about 1 hour), so I have to verify my age every time I log in. It's very inconvenient. So I imagine some users have given up or couldn't get through the process.
