You have to pay $20 per month to keep a pay per use plan in Canada? $20 buys me an unlimited data and calling plan in Europe. Pay per use is $0 in a recurring fee and I upload when I need to use it.
You should have left Canada years ago.
It will only get worse there, anyway. As if that was even possible, I know.
