Prior to April 28th, your raw visits matched your unique visits, it's like none of the visitors you referred hang around. This could be bot behaviour, that would explain the 0 engagement post April 28th.
Per the sign-ups, I'm not sure but since email is optional it would be easy for bots to simulate that as well. Also, sign-ups are delayed, they could be from an old visitor so it's hard to correlate with the day's number of visits.
