I'll probably watch it as I'm a big fan of 'Del Toro, but I am sooooo tired of scientific inaccuracies in movies. Nit-pick alert: The lightning in this clip is way too slow. The energy you see travelling through the wires would be alot faster, and not visible either. If they were really that bright, the wires would have evaporated before deliverying any power at all. The red lights climbing up are also too slow, and who cares because they don't even have any labels.
Star Trek Discovery takes the nonesense above to a whole new level of stupid, with the most insane wordsalad-technobabble I have ever heard in any Trek show. Voyager was bad for this, but TDS is downright insulting...
