If I go and look at my last xxx number of transactions the only older sales I see are not from white labels, their tracking is for the Chaturbate domain itself. All of my recurring white label spenders disappeared after February and I only have very recent spenders there.
At the end of April all of the engaged hits for White Labels ceased being recorded.
As of the end of April the raw traffic has not been counted fully on my white labels.
I made a post about this last month here and contacted Chaturbate support.
I see this as factual, but what conclusion can be drawn from it is a different matter.

This is part of the problem. The communication from the company is horrible. I get a better response trying to contact a govt agency. If I could just get someone there to understand what's going on with MY SITUATION which I am sure many others are having too. I'd be happy to post the solution or lack thereof.
Yes, it's communication but it's also the fact that they completely eliminated revenue that was there one pay period and not there the following pay period. It just disappeared like it never existed. I know it's because of their change to tracking affiliates but they should have considered the revenue that was generated by old affiliate IDs that don't get new traffic to the affiliate link but are tracked by their system to allocate the payouts accordingly. That's the problem.
This isn't a small amount of revenue, gross or net. It might be accidental but it's a complete violation to the entire business model of revenue sharing. And the fact that no one will at least listen only makes it worse.
