You guys gotta understand, sometimes the performer or whoever she hired, doesn't know or doesn't check if the site is an affiliate.
Also, sometimes the performer doesn't want her creatives/account name on a 3rd party site.

FYI, DMCA Privacy Prevention, Bruqi, Rulta etc 100% knowingly send fake DMCAs to affiliate content. Their system is 100% automated to target ANY url with a performer’s name or variation of their name.
This is illegal. But they keep doing it because its a flaw in the DMCA system which they exploit for financial gain.
In the case of the 3 companies I mentioned, do not think for a second that it its an “oopsie” on their part. Its a systemic abuse of the system.
There are a few other companies who do it on a smaller scale that I won’t mention here.
But for the sake of argument, please don’t muddy the waters on the issue. If you have any websites with any form of traffic, you would instantly know how abusive these DMCA services are with Google’s system
