This will continue until enough people get together to fund litigation against a rogue DMCA company sending false DMCAs.
Once they have to start paying lawyers to defend the false DMCAs they will certainly begin to care about this issue.
I understand that no one small company can go this alone but if a group got together and hired an attorney (Im not saying me) and filed - in my opinion - that is the only thing that will cause a change in these attacks.
You have to hold the DCMA services accountable.
