Same shit is happening here, cost of buying a new apartment here has sky rocketed as well as older ones.
A flat that barely was worth 20k euro before COVID, is being sold now at 50k in the same state... yet people here are buying it, as they feel like the prices will never go down.
That's a bubble which is gonna pop really soon imo
