There is a popular site I see that uses the chaturbate .m3u8 stream and an hls player instead of the offical chaturbate iframe from the promo tools, maybe he has a special deal with chaturbate. This seems to bypasses country blocks and if you go to chaturbate it will ask for age verification before showing you streams. If he doesn't have a special deal I don't know if chaturbate would be happy about this since it may also bypasses geobans set by the model.
