Assuming the release is a forgery (ummm sure).

The photographer owns the copyright i.e. the pictures.

The model owns the likeness rights i.e. the right to make money off of them.

Under any standard release the model gives over that right to the photographer (right to profit and other things).

She obviously was present at the shoot. Now fun question is once you reach celebrity status you ussually give up certain rights pertaining to your likeness being used. I.E. tabloids, razzi, etc. So is a release needed?
