http://www.cheap-website-traffic.com , and we don't allow, never have allowed popups or popunders on any of our targeted packages on that site. I'm also not going to send the traffic to any URL other than the one that I chose, (plus a tracking code, of course). The whole point of the giveaway was to prove our traffic quality, to do that it has to be targeted traffic as stated in the other thread. Just keeping everyone up-to-date.
