Even if it were true...war is war and civilians are killed in every war...by accident and by intention...is not an impeachable offence.

Nukes were considered in the Korean Conflict...the Vietnam Conflict...the first Gulf War...and the last Gulf War...the use of nukes are a military option...not an impeachable offence.

Even if everything stated were true it would be a virtual impossibility to prove...so even if he were impeached...he would not be convicted in the Senate.

Even if everything stated about the Amendments were true...once again virtually unprovable...legally arugueable...and even if he were impeached the Senate would not convict. As for the rest...these are not impeachable offences.
