I dunno, creatine may help in cellular tissue growth but I've yet to see lasting quality.
I'm a natural iron pumper so my opinion is natural-wise.
Putting on muscle fast with supplements I've found to be not-so-wise. Connective tissue ( i.e. tendons, ligaments ) need to grow and strenghten at their own pace. Too much muscle too fast might cause more harm than good.
It don't take muscle, martial arts or any fancy shmancy stuff to kick an ass. It takes awareness FIRST and foremost. If you're sharp enough you won't need to get into a fight in the first place and if you do you'll be so aware that the other guy will look like he's moving in slow motion.
If you know 'where' to strike you can do severe damage if not kill a man with a finger or an elbow. That's why street and household fights end up in tragedy so often. People don't know what the heck they're doing, strike randomly yet hit a body or face area that causes severe damage.
