Remember, Clinton wasn't impeached for getting a blowjob. He was impeached for lying to an official investigation when asked if he got a blowjob. Lying to the entire country about why we were going to war sounds worse.
So, one way to get rid of Bush is to demand an investigation of the lies that got us into the war, and the war crimes committed during it. That way, you can get him on those "high crimes", or the "misdemeanor" of lyging to an investigation.
Like someone said, though, the best option is just to get behind a candidate who can beat him next time, so he doesn't come back.
