Of course were the originator of this thread in possession of the slightest clue as to what he was talking about, he might realize that more than half of all new HIV infections occur through heterosexual contact.
A remaining excess of 10% occurs through non-sexual contact - such as needle-sharing.
That leaves slightly over 1/3 of all new HIV infections occurring through homosexual contact... a number steadily decreasing in relation to HIV infection rates among heterosexuals...
... ultimately the statistics conforming more to demographic realities (the great majority of people being heterosexual) makes sense but is nonetheless tragic.
Not quite as tragic as NastyJack's mom taking an unwound coat hanger to his soft fetal skull and jabbing away at developing brain tissue leaving us with the the waste of a person we see in him today and the world's greatest living advocate for euthanasia... but still.
