Walls - flat (except bathroom) thats a semi gloss since so damp in there.
Trim - semi gloss / high gloss - NEVER white trim always an accent color that really sets the room off.
Ceilings - flat always with a tint of gray so the white isnt so WHITE.
99% of the artwork in my home is made by myself or my wife all way from the work to the matting / framing etc.
The other 1% is artwork that friends of mine have had in their exhibits and we bought from them.
Nothing beats making the house a total creative masterpiece and the artwork is one of a kind.
