The final day to postmark a settlement letter to our attention, September 15, 2003, has now passed. With the exception of timely postmarked letters that arrive within the next few weeks, we have compiled all of the received letters and we anticipate sending our settlement package to you at this e-mail address, between September 30, 2003 and October 15, 2003.

Please note that the settlement package will be sent via e-mail, in PDF format, and will consist of a letter with attached agreements. Two basic settlement options will be outlined. Depending on which option you select, you will be directed to sign the appropriate agreement and mail it back to us in order to proceed in the settlement process.
