Not really explode but my sister for example has hers burst twice. First time it happened she was in the shower and when she was washing her boobs one just collapsed. She totally freaked out and thought she would die, but they just took her to the emergency room cut her boob open and pulled it out.
The fucked part is it happened again to the replacement.
They just don't make boobs like they used to I guess. Everything is probably made in China.
