Either sitting in my running car with the garage door shut or with pills. I wouldn't want anyone finding me hanging or with a gunshot wound - I would want to look peaceful.
And no, it's hardly manic depressives that think of suicide. I have a history of Alzheimer's in my family and if I was diagnosed, I would choose suicide. Ditto any other fatal disease.
