But no, you cant take these things into consideration, you must assume that the girl simply doesnt want a child, yet if she did, she would be perfectly capable of raising a healthy normal kid!
If I had to grow up like that, I think I would choose maybe a few minutes of pain to end it all, versus a horrible life.
