What if a webmaster just doesn't want to have the risk of liability for the ridiculous Visa / MC fines for going over their 1% rates? ---
Is it possible to email all remaining members, close their accounts (stop rebilling) & close the account with the IPSP? in order to stay out of the TMF in the event you want to work with Visa/MC in the future.
