This was the last I got from them when I emailed them about my checks missing:

"Due to the incredible growth of our 4freebucks program over the last 6 months, we have unfortunately experienced an increase of fraud. While we take many measures to avoid fraud as it is a detriment to both us as well as our affiliates who have partnered with our program, it has become a tedious task to both our technical and administration departments. Since we have had the increased administration, our check processing has fallen below standards and at this point in time, we must make the decision to post-pone any reissue check request in an effort to ensure our webmaster payouts are timely processed and more importantly accurate beginning on September 1st. We are working hard to staff for these addition administration efforts and believe that over the next 30 to 60 Days all issues will be resolved. It is our intention to resume the process of reissuing lost or misplaced checks when those efforts are completed. We ask for your patience thru this reorganization in our administration, accounting and check processing departments to further benefit our much appreciated webmasters. We are grateful for the business you have provided and we are taking an extreme measures to better our program for you."
