that's what I was kind of wondering , I belive as a country that stands up for rights of people and freedom of speech.. we should not be treating even our worst enemies any wose than what we would expect them to treat our captured soliders...
Bush's goones use the play of words to to claim they don't arn't military soliders but terriost so they don't deserve any rights... but it seems the British once claimed the same about Americans in the American revlotion of the orginal 13 colonies that later formed the USA... they were allso called terriost.
The soliders of American revloution couldn't do a stright up fight aginst the British Empire, and they knew it... there fore they learned from the Indians and faught from the woods and using suprise attacks... which at that time was concidered terriosim.. So infact America could be arugued was founded on terrorism..
I personally think the talliban, are soliders and deserve the same rights that any soldier should be given under the Geniva convention... I DO NOT agree with the belives of the talliban but I think they were fighting the only way they could and that is concidered terrorism, being they knew they didn't stand a chance aginst the tipical army.
