It looks like the 10 dallor program doesn't show refers. Is there a way track clicks and sign-ups? Can i set up some sub-accounts? I would like a few sub-accounts to start with if possible. Or do i have to sign-up for different accounts and if so, does that mean i get a seperate check for each account?
