I work with Sly for phatservers.net and that's one of my job functions. What he needs is a host with compitent admins. For one, the server shouldnt have been hacked in the first place. Second in the event that you've been hacked once, you get hacked twice and it's your fault no excuses. I am a security specialist (if you're using windows Im not even going to play). Contact sly and get a decent host. Also, there are very simple methods for securing a compromised host. There are DoD standards for it to start with bottom line.
There's a reason I have 15 servers in my house, running 15 different architectures and oses. Everything from intel to 64bit sparc / risc and every os you could stuff on it. And that's because in the security field, simply "keeping up to date" means your just that more vulerable. A proactive approach to such situations is needed.
