I believe Sinempire since he knew about the whole deal behind the designs should have resolved it in 1st place BEFORE launching his program. Amp might not contacted him, but as a good businessman Sinempire should.

If amp wouldn't want to sell them later on and since he has all the PSD to prove it's his work, Sinempire would end up launching a program with paysites he couldn't legally use.
