You couldn't have gotten that answer in an email? This whole thread leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I've just been taking to Poppy about getting a dedicated box over at jupiter. I think i'll take my buinsess elsewhere. I'm well aware that you probably don't care about the lousy 200 bucks/month that i'd have spent there, but you'd be very wrong to think that i'm the only person that is very dissapointed in how this situation was handled.
