Oh man... I really was trying to leave this thread alone, but I HAVE to chime in because the above statements are not only inflammatory, but also utterly ignorant.
The companies you mention are merchant account companies which we use for processing. I can't say who else uses them, but the only AVS's we run are XXXPassport and XXXGayPass. Those AVS's are VERY clear to surfers and don't aim to trick anybody.
Do you REALLY think that a company like Python would choose to deal in practices that ultimately put us out of business?! AGAIN... Wake the hell up! We are NOT Babenet! If we WERE Babenet, we would not be in business anymore! YES, we took on some of Babenet's affiliates when they went down, but most of them left becuase our rules/scrubbing/fraud protection were too strong for them.
I wouldn't waste my time defending a company that was indefensible. I prefer to use my energies in a positive way, so it really pisses me off (yes, I'm finally pissed off) to have to sit here and defend Python against someone who should be smart enough and experienced enough to know better!
Everything you allude to and everything you CLAIM to know is bullshit and, AGAIN, focuses animosity in the wrong place.
