Down Syndrome children are incredibly strong as well mentally challenged adults. I'd suggest not messing with them or you will probably recieve the ass kicking of a lifetime.
My wife works with special needs people. They are seriously strong and will knock the shit outta you in a heartbeat if provked enough.
