one thing I try to do is make sure my clients are happy.. both before and after a deal..
like "Shap"... he purchased a fresh photos package from us two weeks before we decided to blow it out internext...
instead of telling him "sorry you loose your money"... we paid him the difference back...
just good business.. I look at is a cost of doing more biz with him in the future
I've not only worked with some other great industry sales people first hand... like Ron Cohen and J$tyles.. I like to use those as opportunities to learn.. there is always someone better than you... proof is in the bottom line.. and re-occuring biz.. not on get rich quick.. and fuck everyone in my way.. . sure it may work for a while.. but eventually one burns their bridges.. and ends up left stranded...
