My family thinks I need anger management therapy of sorts. Not just them, I think it too. When I get mad I go crazy, I get all this insane amounts of energy and the only release of it is to yell and shout and destroy inanimate objects around me. Im not like this all the time, its just a self control issue when I get *really* upset, which is usually around friends or family that know how to push my buttons, on purpose. Oh yea, being depressed doesnt help either 
So honestly, who has been under medication / therapy for mood related issues, what kind of meds (if any), and how has it worked for you?

i use prozac... it works great. but i dont know any more about it.
I only use it.
