There was some of that racial tension from her family at first, but its all good now. Ive heard these types of stories from them before. Believe it or not, my wife's family escaped Iran because of the revolution (1980) and also because her father didnt want to have a daughter and was planning to sell her.
PS: Dont know if its only a coincidence, but my wife and ALL her Persian friends, sure do have a rack.
