What I need:

I need another host for couple of my small sites with small traffic capacity - using 50-60MB of disk space, 15-20G monthly bandwith, 6-7 domains, (semi-)unlimited pop3- accounts for each of hosted domains, MySQL, PHP and SMTP.

I wanna pay via Credit Card, and have possibility of fastest change of my tariff plan in the case of some of hosts I currently use will go down and I will have need to transfer some resources to new place.
