Why did the Clinton administration relieve him of his command a year early?

Yeah, exactly why did the Clinton administration relieve him of his command after he won that scirmish with not a single allied soldier death? Was it because he was smoking crack? Fucking young cadets? Lying about shit? Hell no, It was because he was too vocal. Not because he did a shitty job. Secretary of Defense William Cohen even told him "Get your fucking face off TV!". There is no "skeleton in the closet" there.

Why did he order Brits to stop a Russian advance and get a response along the lines of "I'm not going to start WW3 for you Sir."

He ordered that because the Russian army was getting ready to advance into Kosovo and occupy it after NATO had defeated Milosovic. They occupied the Pristina airport in direct opposition to NATO commands and agreement. Plus, Clark was ordered by the pentagon to make sure that the Russians did not swarm into Kosovo.
Because General Jackson refused to obey Clark's orders, Russia did storm into Kosovo. The Russian forces established a stronghold , defying NATO demands that they should leave the area. The pentagon was quite upset because the Russian Army demanded that they have their own "peacekeeping" sector in northern Kosovo and that their forces not be subordinated to NATO command. After a month of threats to cut off IMF loans and offers of bribes to Russian civilian and military officials, as well as the cooperation of Hungary and Romania to deny Russia overflight through their airspace, thereby preventing the landing of transport planes to reinforce their troops at Pristina airport, the Russian army finally agreed to integrate their forces into NATO's operations but have, to this day, not withdrawn their forces.
British General Sir Michael Jackson was completely out of line to disobey Clark in that situation. He is the ass, not Clark.

And some of his meetings in Kosovo... wow.

I assume you are referring to the ONE meeting with Ratko Mladic. He was attempting negotiations not handing out military secrets. He did this against recommendations from the pentagon and later apologized for it. That "skeleton" is way blown out of proportion.

You forgot to bring out the skeleton of his possible involvment in Waco. That is the real doozy that is going to entertain the American people for a while. He was the commander at Ft. Hood where they got the military equipment to storm the Branch Davidian compound.
People like to bitch about his flip-flopping party affiliations also. I find that hilarious. I, myself, could give a shit about democratic, republican, independent, green, libertarian, or any other bullshit label. I do not agree 100% with any of the parties, let alone the people that supposedly represent them. Clark jumped on the democratic ticket because he had no other choice if he wants to win. Who really gives a shit if he has been a democrat for 10 days or 10 years? that is the most insane argument I have ever heard.
Shit, I am sure that even Mother Teresa could have some dirt dug up on her if you tried hard enough. But, compare their bad to their good and then make a judgement. Why are you ignoring the things such as his repelling down a cliff to try and save a group of peacekeepers from a burning vehicle (this while he was a 4 star general. Nobody else would attempt it because of the mines and hostiles in the area). Or how about his work with Wavecrest in developing alternate energies to fossil fuels? What about his commanding his platoon after he had his calf blown off and part of his hand (he got a purple heart for that one)? There is more but this post is way too fucking long as it is. My point is that you got to weigh the good with the bad and then decide.
I would vote Mickey fucking Mouse into office to get rid of this current clown-shoe administration but, that aside, I think Clark is one hell of a man and will make an excellent leader. I have never seen anyone with the passion, intelligence, strength, and common sense running for President that Clark excudes.
Plus, he has great hair.
