If I am not mistaken the trial doesn't start until the season starts. I heard them saying on ESPN that it was going to interfere with his regular season schedule. They made a big deal just today about her not having to testify at the pre-trial. I have no idea why this is significant, but they made it sound real bad for Kobe.
