The net is very hard for them to control by the simple fact its world wide. So whats illegal in the USA is not illegal in Europe. They can go after individuals in the USA but cleaning up porn on the net, is close to impossible. The funny thing is most of the irresponsible stuff comes from the good ol USA, I get graphic spam all day long and its all American companies and sites with American third party processors lol.
