of course, Djibouti is a french speaking country with a 20% literacy rate, and Botswana has 26 different languages and a 30% english literacy rate.. so the odds of him actually hearing "God Bless" either of them is going to be pretty slim...
he might as well go looking for people saying God Bless Michael Moore. (a whole 59 google results)
