Yeah his family was starving and he stole some food so they cut off an arm and leg for punishment.... CIVILIZED ! I don't know what the first guy did but I'm sure he didn't deserve to have his had cut off! Somebody has to intervene here and it might as well be the U.S. We are the only ones strong enough to take them on.
